Brisbane writer Michelle Law scripted this witty and quirky coming-of-age (well, sort of!) comedy directed by ADG award-winner Corrie Chen: 15-year-old Stella is scrawny, boob-less and bespectacled, and teased mercilessly for it—mainly by Emma, the class bully whose popularity is outweighed only by her massive jugs. When Stella realises she’s the only girl in her grade who hasn’t had her period, it’s the last straw. But during her attempts to fit in by fast-tracking womanhood, Stella learns puberty is not all it’s cracked up to be.
